A1 entertainment, professionalism, and the time of your life!  It's just that simple. We come equipped with our own lights and sound.  For events without a DJ, we do provide music before and in between breaks.

DON'T SEE YOUR FAVORITE SONG LISTED ON THE MASTER LIST?  NO WORRIES!

We are constantly learning new songs and are always open to special requests.  To ensure that your favorite song is heard through the night, we encourage all special requests to be made no less than 90 days in advance as we do perform weekly and have many requests to fulfill.

AM I EXPECTED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING?

If not stated in the contract, clients are supplied an artist rider that details requirements needed to make your event a success!

PRICING

One size does not fit all.  Each event is unique.  When booking any band, it is important to know that rates depend on a number variables.  The most common ones are: 

  • Band size - Our band size could range from a 2 – 10 piece ensemble to fit your needs for festivals, concerts, corporate events, weddings, bar/restaurant environment, etc.  Small or large jazz ensemble, duo or trio combo for an easy listening environment, cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, bar/restaurant entertainment, you name it, we've got it!

  • Location - We travel everywhere!  Rates do fluctuate according to distance for travel and lodging.

  • Length of performance - If the band is needed for more than what the contract states, additional fees will apply.  Information is provided on the contract.

  • Time of year - Busy times of the year such as holidays can make rates fluctuate. 

 

Quotes are available.  However, it is important to speak to a representative for proper consultation before stating a final price due the variables stated above.  We are always happy to discuss details about your event and/or budget to make your event a most memorable one!   Contact us here>>>

DEPOSIT

Contracts and deposits secures your event.  Once details of your event have been determined, a contract will be sent to you.  A 50% deposit is required along with the return of each contract.  The remaining deposit is due on the day of and before the start of your event.    

 

If your contract has not been returned within the 5 days of receipt, we encourage you to give us a call to ensure that your date is still available.  Bands tend to book rapidly due to wedding season, seasonal/holiday events, and monthly reoccurring entertainment obligations to venues.
